Rm1000 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the rm1000 platform by all registered members in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the rm1000 platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and rm1000 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.

The rm1000 platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that all information provided during registration is true, accurate, and current.

Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities

Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the rm1000 platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice. All personal details submitted during registration must be accurate, and users are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. rm1000 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately.

User Responsibilities

  • Not using the platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • Not attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the platform's functionality.
  • Not using automation software, bots, or third-party tools to access or manipulate the platform.
  • Not sharing your account with any other party.
  • Complying with all applicable game rules and platform policies at all times.

Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals in MYR

All financial transactions on the rm1000 platform, including deposits and withdrawals, are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring they use a valid payment method registered in their own name. The use of third-party payment methods without authorisation is strictly prohibited.

Credited deposits are non-refundable except in technically verified circumstances confirmed by rm1000. Any request to cancel or reverse a completed transaction must be submitted to the support team for further investigation.

Rm1000 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawals where there is reasonable cause to investigate suspicious activity, including but not limited to potential fraud, money laundering, or breaches of our terms of use. Approved withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, within the timeframe stipulated by rm1000.

Liability Limitations and Account Policies

Platform Liability Limitations

Rm1000 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, system errors, or service interruptions beyond our control. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and we make no guarantees regarding continuous, uninterrupted availability.

Account Suspension and Closure

Rm1000 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, confirmed fraudulent activity, or any action deemed harmful to the platform or other users. Where an account is suspended for technical or administrative reasons, the affected user will be notified via their registered email and any valid balance will be returned in accordance with established procedures.

Intellectual Property

All content on the rm1000 platform — including logos, text, graphics, software, and interface design — is the exclusive property of rm1000 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or reuse any such content without prior written consent from rm1000.

Third-Party Links and Changes to Terms

Third-Party Links and Services

The rm1000 platform may display or rely on services from third-party providers, including payment processors and game software suppliers. rm1000 is not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or reliability of any such third-party services. Users are advised to review the relevant third-party terms and privacy policies before use.

Changes to These Terms

Rm1000 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time at our sole discretion. Users will be notified of significant changes via an on-platform notice or registered email. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the rm1000 platform shall first be referred to voluntary negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
